RETURNS

Products ordered in error may be returned for a credit less a 15% restocking fee within 30 days from date of purchase. We encourage you to call Brad Jones (800) 526-2794 or email bjones@supplysaver.com if you are unsure of the correct product to order.

Defective products may be returned for replacement with 30 days from date of purchase. Supply-Saver will pick up and replace the defective product at our expense with no charge to you.

Supply-Saver will pick up and replace any products that were shipped in error at our expense.

Please call (800) 526-2794 or email bjones@supplysaver.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

In the event you receive a damaged shipment (crushed box, etc) please contact us immediately (800) 526-2794 or email bjones@supplysaver.com so we may contact the carrier for pick up.
